Tonight while I was cooking dinner, Bubby crawled into the kitchen to look for me.  It made me smile, he loves his momma.

Some more new pajamas!

After Ryan's bath- we went to Jenn & Wes's house for dinner.  However, Ryan's bedtime rolled around before dinner was even started so Ryan and I had to head home early.  But he still had fun playing on the floor with his Uncle Tom & Auntie Caitlyn.  He got to squeeze in some snuggles with Grandma Rios too.

Day 205

Tim's mom sent this to me today while I was at work.  It made me smile.  Bubby reading his book with pictures of mommy & daddy.

Day 204

I took Ryan on a walk today.  As we were walking, I just looked down at him in amazement and awe.  Tim & I made this most perfect, beautiful person.  I was watching his fingers grab his little toes and listening to him talk during our walk.  I love how sweet and innocent he is.

I know I say it all the time, but he is just SO amazing.  I am so so blessed.

Day 203

Gave Ryan a snack in his bumbo today.  He threw them all off of his tray and then tried picking them up off the floor.

Half of them ended up in the chair.

We went to a birthday party at a gymnastics place tonight.  Ryan got to play for a little bit.  He is standing up on his own.  He is getting so big (yes, I say that a lot, I just can't get over it.)

Day 202

Ryan & I woke up early this morning.  We went to Frys to buy some groceries.  Then we went to The Children's Place to buy 2 new shirts, a pair of shorts, and a pair of jammies.  I know I've said it lots before- but I love that store!  Then we came home and played all day with Daddy.

We had a 5:30 double date at Claim Jumper with Auntie Kim!  Ryan was good the whole time, like always.  Tim & I split some pretzels and a french dip sandwich.  Yuuuum.  Ryan was so excited to play with his Auntie!  He missed her.

After we came home, it was bath time for Ryan.  Tim and I played with Ryan in his room for an hour past his bedtime.  Oops.  He was just so cute last night.  He climbed up onto his bouncer!  First time climbing up onto anything, besides Lukie & mommy's legs!  He is just getting so big.  I cried watching him play because he makes me so happy.

Ryan wants to climb over everything, including Lucas!

Tonight I was sitting on the floor and Ryan climbed over my legs.  =)  First time climbing over anything by himself.  He's been trying to pull himself on stuff, but can't quite do it.  He's been trying to crawl over everything.  He can be on his tummy and push his hands up and get on his toes- looks like he's doing the plank.  Tonight he kept getting up on his knees. He's doing new things everyday.

I had such a good day with Ryan!!  We went to babytime today after I picked him up from Tim's mom's house.  I like babytime!  & I love meeting other moms, I can talk about Ryan and listen about other babies for hours!  After the library we went to the park to meet Auntie Kim- we missed her!  Tried putting Ryan in the swings today, he cried! haha.  He didn't like themt this time around, but he better like them before Summer because I can't wait to take him to the park more often.

Tonight he started saying.. "mmmm."  Can't wait to hear him say "mama."

Day 198

Ryan fell asleep early tonight.  After his bath he was already cranky. =(  So I gave him his bottle early and he fell asleep a little after 7.  I don't like when he goes to bed early.  I want to play!  I have checked on him 3 times since he fell asleep and each time he is laying differently.  He moves around and wiggles a lot.  He is so cute.

& Second, I finished a book tonight.  I bought it last Tuesday, "Heart of the Matter" by Emily Giffin.  Love all of her books & you should go get them from Target if you haven't read them.  I read 2 chapters on Tuesday night, two on Wednesday night.  & Then I couldn't put it down on Thursday until tonight.  Which is hard because I have Ryan and we're always playing.  So during nap time and before bed I spent the whole time reading.  It's always a little sad when you finish a book and you don't ever know what happens to the characters.  Then you realize they are completely fictional.

And then the doctor pointed to the corner of the screen

I started wondering who he was going to be

He'll probably climb a tree too tall and ride his bike too fast

End up every summer wearing something in a cast

He's gonna throw a ball and break some glass

Day 194

Tim was working out back so Ryan and I went out to see what he was doing.  Ryan just sat on the porch watching Tim.  The weather was nice with a little breeze.

Ryan and I had a good day.  We played at home up until nap time.  We both took a nap & after an hour Ryan woke up which woke me up.  After naps we went to Old Navy, I had a 30% off coupon, I got him 2 onesies and a pair of jean shorts.  I've been needing to get him some new jean shorts!  We went grocery shopping after that.  He loves to go shopping, he just sat in his stroller and looked around.

Came home and played some more.  I like playing alllll day long.

Day 193

Ryan's first St. Patrick's Day!  We celebrated by wearing green!  & going to the doctor for his 9 month check up.  My little peanut is 14lbs 13 oz and 25 7/8 inches long.  He still isn't on the charts.  His head is measuring 44cm which is 10-25 percentile.  He has a nice big brain!  He's still so little, but he's so so perfect and still healthy!  Dr. Radomsky said to start feeding him more foods now.  I was feeding him 3 meals a day but went down to 2 because he wasn't drinking as milk as he should have been.  So we went down to 2 meals a day so he would drink more milk.  Now we're good to start up 3 meals a day.  Which we did today.  It puts us on even more of a schedule.  I gave him some lunch and let him snack on a little of mine too.  Meal time is so fun (as is every other time too, haha.)  I've been giving Ryan puffs to play with at dinner time.  He fed himself his first one tonight.  We got so excited!

After his doctor's appointment, Ryan had gym class!  I signed him up for a free trial class at The Little Gym.  It was so fun!  Lots of other little babies crawling around.  Our friend's Shana & Brody invited us.  I used to work with her and she got pregnant after me & had her baby 4 weeks after Ryan was born.  Ryan loved the class and it was fun for me to watch him play.  It's too bad the classes run during time I would normally be at work.  No work today due to Spring Break.

After bath is always playtime.  Ryan loves to play with all the toys in his room.

After playtime is always bottle and snuggling with Mommy.  I have been taking lots of pictures of Ryan drinking his bottle before we snuggle.  I was taking pictures of him and then he pulled his blanket, Bluey, over his head!  Maybe he was playing, maybe he was saying "No more pictures mom!"

Happy 9 months to my perfect baby!

I have been a mommy for 9 months.  How incredible.
