Day 141

No matter how many times I see Bubby's little fingers and toes poking through his afghan, it still makes me smile :)  Tim sent me this picture this morning when I was at work.

We went out to eat tonight at La Parilla Suiza for cousin Kylie's 7th birthday!  Happy Birthday baby girl!   Then when I came home I ran into this...

This is a picture of the first time Elyse told me she loved me.  It was August 2008.  She came down for a visit right before she had to go back to school.  The family went to La Parilla Suiza and Elyse was drawing on the back of her kid's menu.  Tim was trying to show Elyse how to do bubble letters.  Elyse started coping them.  Then she wrote out everyone's first initial that was sitting at the table.  When she was done she wrote "I Love R and T."  It made me heart smile.  Later that night, we came home and she asked me if I saw what she wrote on the back of her menu.  I told her I did.  She said, "I wanted to tell you, but I was too shy."  I told her I loved her too.
